A spiritual man is not carnally minded:
Romans 8:[6] For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Contrary to what most say a spiritual man judges:
1 Cor 2:[15] But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
A spiritual man can handle the meat of the Bible:
1 Cor 3:[1] And
I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
[2] I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were
not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
A spiritual man recognizes the writings of Paul as being from God:
1 Cor 14:[37] If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
A spiritual man seeks to restore, not put down, a repentant brother in Christ:
Gal 6:[1] Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
